Vicki’s Cookie Tradition
For so many Christmases, my Mom, Vicki, filled our home with the smell of her special cookies. She stayed up late—sometimes long after everyone else had gone to bed—carefully baking, icing, and creating something she knew would make her family smile. These cookies weren’t just treats; they were her love made tangible.
We lost her a few years ago, and while life has changed, this tradition has not. Each year when we bake her cookies, we feel her with us—warm, comforting, and present in every batch.
